Over the years I have been able to understand what makes school teams. Good ones and great ones. The vision of the leader, the culture of the organisation, the expectation of the community and an alignment of attitude that makes the candidature just right.

Understanding of the above, matched with a job description and filtering process with the resume, the personal statement, the experience, the personal stories, the conversations, some real time experience and demonstration of dealing with tasks  at hand and clear, candid questions. Just some of the ways combined with a lot of first hand experience over the years working closely with teams helps me in the task of matching the candidate to the school.

I have guided the school boards in recruiting local and expat candidates for the positions of Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Director, subject mentors and head of departments besides specialist teachers like theater, fine arts, music, foreign languages, teaching librarians and physical education.
