Education consultancy for parents and schools
Issue #125, 29th November 2022
There is good stress and there is bad stress. What makes it good or bad? Does the source of stress make it good/bad or do we make it in our minds? or both? How do we recognize anxiety and how do we handle it? Can we teach ourselves, our children, and our students how to work through stress?
Here are some thoughts, try them out and share what worked and what did not work for you. You can post your comments on the blog post. Go ahead and subscribe if you have not yet and enjoy my learning journey every week.

First let me congratulate you on the 125 th issue of 3-2-1 TUESDAYS WITH MS NIV.
Such an eye opener ! Students & Stress are just two words but so much to debate upon .
I once had a 3 year old tell me “ He’s stressed “!! It bothered me so much that I spoke to spouse about it . He seemed to be well aware of it because he’d seen a few cases of hypertension in young kids who had no history of health conditions like congenital heart disorder , kidney disease , genetic conditions or hormonal disturbances .
Then what could it be ?Homework ? Peer pressure ? Social life? Parental strife ?
The images and thoughts are so spot on .
Interesting thoughts expressed by Ayase Yamagisgi .
I hope the fight or flight response in students is deactivated .
Let’s invite our students to make subtle changes in their mindset , and encourage them to adopt effective time management skills so that they can truly enjoy being a student.
